Enterprise deployments genuinely differ from each other — a 200-person team running fully on-premises with FortiGate and Defender integration is a different deployment than a 5,000-device managed private cloud with MISP and TAXII feeds. Custom pricing means you pay for the deployment you actually have, not a one-size rate card padded to cover every scenario. It is not a way to hide a number we don't want you to see — it's how self-hosted software is priced honestly.

Live enforcement integrations (the connectors that can act, not just read) are priced by which ones you enable — a Small deployment using only read-only intel feeds costs less than one running live FortiGate enforcement, at the same device count. Correct. Every Cloud plan includes unlimited assets. You're charged by workspace and user count, not by how many devices, IPs or findings you track — so scanning more of your environment never increases your bill.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you need to — changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts pro-rata. There's no lock-in contract on Cloud plans.
As an early customer, the price you sign up at is locked for 12 months regardless of future list-price changes. It's our way of saying thank you for trusting us early.
You'll get a clear in-app notice before you hit the limit. Investigations beyond your monthly allowance pause until the next cycle or you upgrade — nothing is ever silently charged extra.
A workspace is one organisation's environment inside NA1 Cloud — your assets, findings, users and integrations. Professional and Business pricing is per workspace, so a second workspace is a second subscription.
